IMITATION SYSTEMS

In short, it is to imitate nature. When we want a natural environment, the first things that come to mind are water, stone, soil, trees and grass. Artificial rock comes into play as a solution when we cannot move tons of heavy rocks or stones to the desired location. There are two most common ways to make artificial rock. The first is to give the concrete the appearance of rock, and the second is to give the plastic the appearance of rock, which option is more costly and takes time. In order to give the concrete a rock appearance; first, a plaster wire is passed over the iron skeleton and at least three layers of lime-free cement with a high proportion of plaster are made. The final layer of plaster is given a stone texture with a plastic mold or aluminum foil. Cracks and deeper lines, on the other hand, are made manually. The drying plaster is treated by spraying and coloring with the help of a brush. In order to do this with plastic; plastic parts are obtained by copying from real rocks. These parts are combined and given a rock appearance.
